As of late I am copy/pasting the title of the video to YouTube, break.com or Google, this is a way around Glumbert snail-like repair of the flash player problem. I can't find every one but I manage to see about 90% elsewhere. Maybe we should start posting links to the videos on other sites, that may speed up the process!
