Laughter Coach, leading Laughter Yoga in Sacramento (Rocklin for now)every Monday Night at 7 PM... Enjoy 30 minutes of stress and pain reducing, genuine results, as the feel-good hormones are being released by the brain. I am open to working with local hospitals, Churches and in the corporate world. Can you imagine going to a stressful job and starting your day off with 15 minutes of laughter.
