The reason why they rejected it is because if they put any condom ads on the air, the religious right nutcases will be out in full force flooding them with emails telling them they'll boycott every gd sponsor on all their programs.
No television network caters to anyone. They could care less about you. Kill your TV or at least drop all pay channel and cable services.
Those stations can do what they want as far as ads go. Personally I wouldn't have banned it. This is the same theme most comercials use. Buy our product and you will be a better person. Because this one had to do with sex and America acts like a bunch of second graders when it comes to sex it was banned.

Yep! Here in America the media is always surprised that women have breasts. And when it realizes this, it has to go to the supreme court for negotiation.
I've seen worse commercials on TV. It doesn't suprise me that Spike TV picked it up. I haven't watched CBS or FOX in years anyhow. Screw the christians that are afraid of their own bodies.
If the women in this video were portrayed as pigs, it would have been obvious that the reason some channels didn't run the commercial is because it is insulting. Christians?!?
I don't see why it was banned. It's just plain dumb. As far as "screw the Christians" goes... who said anything about Christians having anything to do with it being banned? tarantula needs to go put a black sack over his 13 year old wife and shut his mouth.
Well, in all honesty one would have to say the majority of Americans are self proclaimed Christians (Only half of those actually being so), with this you would have to imagine that it's only logical that Christians WOULD be the ones to boycott a T.V. station due to it standing for a "sex enabling" commercial. Not that they are the only ones of course, there are many people that would be upset with the commercial, but of course this is the society we live in and you won't stop any one from doing what they want it seems, so you might as well give them a little safety advise on the side.
