serum testosterone levels do go up if you abstain from having orgasms for a while though, so I don't really understand how that doctor can say having sex does not affect testosterone levels.
Think there maybe a difference between free/total and serum testosterone... not sure. One directly relates to wanting to bone stuff / compete / play ball (so to speak)
The other may not be so important in terms of competitive edge or desire.

OK, I actually know the answer to this one....having sex before any big event will keep you more focused on whatever it is you're trying to achieve, otherwise you will be less focused on the "game" and more focused on the little hotties at the sidelines!
