BTW: I speak 3 languages and thought I could reasonable read and write in at least 2 of them if you count english maybe I am wrong.
English is a difficult language to learn the syntax, grammar and especially spelling as it is not phonetic then you have words spelt the same but have different meanings and then you have bloody words spelt differently but sound the same BUT it is a great and descriptive language that evolves quickly especially with its fun slang and expressions plus its great watching American movies without subtitles and worse still are voice overs. Have you ever heard how the Governator sounds being voiced/dubbed over? You lose the brilliance of his acting ability.

#1. I am surprised at the level of response this video evoked. The thing is amateurish at best, and crude, and hardly worth the time to view.
#2. It is entirely permissable to criticise the performance of a contestant who voluntarily performs before a camera and a so-called panel of judges...hell, that's what the whole thing is about.
#3. "Stage fright" does not equate with "mentally impaired", or "special needs"....but in a rap performance, it is fatal, and fair game for the critics.
#4. Rap has been claimed by the black community as their creation, and without doubt, it is just so. Criticizing the rap music for its coarse terminology, and lack of true musical quality, however, can not be taken as criticizing blacks...ESPECIALLY WHEN THE WHOLE POINT WAS TO PRESENT A CONTEST INVOLVING JUDGING IT.
#5. Any presentation purposely placed on the internet becomes open to opinions from all who take advantage of their ability to respond to it. This one actually invites public response....hell, it's a contest....people can judge...that's the point. Of course, with world exposure, the most extreme have the same ability to critique the presentation as the most intelligent, the most conservative, etc., etc. Let's not get our shorts in a bunch over this, eh?
Chaz, I whole heartedly agree. Especially with #4. I think the entire black community needs to take a stand against rap, the lifestyle that goes with it, the negative effect on the black community, and the negative effect on the society as a whole. We need to get rid of the misconception that rap is somehow a representation of the entire black population. But we have no way to defend ourselves if the stereotypes are true! There once was a time when we had great music. Great possibilities. Great opportunities. Well, we still have great possibilities and opportunities, but we no longer have great music. We have replaced it with rap. And we have replaced much of our identity as a group with rap and it is destroying us. If we keep going in that direction, our opportunities and possibilities will go away and we will fail. And that will mean that Abraham Lincoln failed. It will mean that Martin Luther King Jr. failed. It will mean that every black man and woman who ever escaped from the bondage of slavery or painfully and horrifically died trying FAILED. A thousand KKK members could not do as much damage as one Tupac or "50 cent" or "snoop dogg". We are the ones tying our own nooses. The problem is that for many people nowadays, their parents got divorced and so they grew up in broken homes. That became the norm. So now, people are having children with the homes already broken (meaning out of wedlock). Already divorced before they're married, so to speak.
