5 times! Not just once, but he crashed 5 planes. At least 2 of them were clearly his fault, he tried to climb too fast once and crashed into the ocean. He took out some power lines in Spain in the second crash. (There might be a reason why he refuses to meet with the leaders of Spain, they still want to talk to him about that little incident.) Keep in mind that most pilots lose their wings after one plane loss, even if isn't their fault, but his father was an admiral, so he kept flying... The third might have been engine failure, but the Navy has their doubts, (after he tried to blame the first one on engine failure, and they found proof that it was actually pilot error.) #4 was in an electrical accident on an aircraft carrier, where McCain ran away from his burning plane while the other pilots of the planes near his helped fight the fire so that the ship wouldn't sink, (138 people died fighting the fire,) and the last one involved a SAM missile that he had countermeasures for, but probably failed to deploy. (He wasn't a very good pilot, so...) And he broke his arms while ejecting, and wasn't able to fly after that.
biker well said...... i would like to add that the forrestal fire you refer to was the worst loss of life at sea since world war 2.... mccain started his jet with what is known as a wet start, pooling jet fuel in the chamber and igniting it (a clear violation of S.O.P.)...perhaps it was an error, more likely it was intentionally done to irritate the pilot behind him. the resulting detonation caused the unintended launch of a zuni missile which precipitated the disaster.... only one uninjured person was airlifted off the forrestal .... john mccain
Shouldn't the Navy had said after the FIRST one "Okay, Johnny.....gimme the keys. Daddy's taking the T-Bird away, and there'll be no more fun-fun-fun"????
Oh no....wait.
Daddy DIDN'T do that.....because he wuz an Admiral.
chuck, using this rather unfounded story is similar to the mud slinging about Obama being in contact with a terrorist. McCain and Palin are sufficiently disqualifying themselfs without the need to spread stories that can not be proven.
No one denies you are stupid Stweem'O because it's plain for all to see
No one responds to your idiotic attempts to make new news from the link with Ayers. Old news.
Unimportant in the real scheme of things. Ayers by the way is a Distinguished Professor of Education and Senior University Scholar no so my guess is he's pretty much reformed and respected
See Stweem'O? Had you stuck at the old ejumacashun you might have achieved something rather like this (ahem) terrorist did...Oh well
Have you checked the past history of all your aquaintances... may be a few skeletons there so best hide away as they'll probably be KKK knowing your neck of the woods...
Good knowing that the amoral are apologizing for terrorism.
There was a time when Chummin called you a terror symp and it was neither here nor there for me.
You just proved it was the case. Wow. And, you defend it.
Nut.
And, this domestic terrorist ends up in academia. You don't say.
Streamy and chummin, what a package, hard to decide which one is dumber. Put them together in a room and reality distorts so much that you get a red shift effect.
Obama is a socialist bottom line. If Obama said it doesnt matter how much his pea brain supported say otherwise.
He is a strong Marx supported and made it public in numerous occasions. He is in fact strongly connected with Ayers and dispite his pea brain supporters Ayers is not reformed and still the good ol' Ayers.
Obama is in fact unofficially endorsed by Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez, Castro, and Kim Jong Il. He is well liked my Rashid Khalidi, and Farrakhan.
these are all facts and only his pea brain supporters deny acutal facts. It's even stated in Obama's book written by Obama.
People are voting for Obama just because they dont want to vote for the other. this is what happens when retarded people vote. They would vote for anything.
Well we will see how well the world economy is going to work when he is in office and i bet everything the same retarded people who belive "iz mak histowy votin Obama weee" will act like they never voting for obama. "what cha talkin bout i nevah voted fo Him .."
People who think giving up the free market or letting Big governemnt take over and screwing over big business is going to open jobs and increase money is down right retarded and probably waiting for that welfare or "tax credit" check to come in.
Vote no to socialism. It didnt work then .. it wont work now.
Hilarious. Amazing what you can do with some downloaded .jpgs and a video editor.
Palin's head looked too small for her body at the end, kind of fitting though.
Yesterday, Palin gave a "policy speech", and said she would save money by opposing expenditures to thing like "studying fruitflies". On the surface, this actually made a tiny bit of sense.....until I read this:
This article is best summarized in the end paragraph
"This is where the Republican party has ended up: supporting an ignorant buffoon who believes in the End Times and speaking in tongues while deriding some of the best and most successful strategies for scientific research. In this next election we've got to choose between the 21st century rationalism and Dark Age inanity. It ought to be an easy choice."
Onward, Sarah!
Take the public's money out of the hands of the bureaucrats in DC. Get rid of earmarks.
I notices the 3 Stooges only decried her about the science part. She was talking about money ending up funding these projects...THROUGH EARMARKS. That process that attaches items to budgets that don't specifically get voted upon.
But, voting on those things would endanger any money getting there because, as we all know, all scientists are balanced, unbiased men and women who are not motivated by money, politics, etc.
When you can't convince your Congress to specifically pass a budget item...earmark it. Right guys?
Oh, and while you are on it take away the money from public schools and other similar unnecessary institutions. Home schooling is the way to go, todays students simply don't get enough exposure to the bible and good science that is compatible with it.
Nice program streamy, you are a good example of what is the result of todays education system in the USA, worsen it a bit and everybody in the USA will be just unboundedly happy, no more economy that can collapse.
Those US citizens who don't agree with your fundamentalist religion government will likely find a new home in Canada, Mexico, or other nations. The USA will pose a military threat only for a short while, aircraft carriers do not operate well just on prayers.
Buggery...is that all you have?!
What is religious about not wanting earmarks? What is fundamentalist about not funding science on the public nickel? In your socialist worldview these projects would not get funded unless through the non-democratic processes that fund them now. But, through competition and aggressive lobbying of private money, a wealth of scientific knowledge can be properly achieved, regardless of religious ideology.
Honestly, are there no other ways to get money into the public sector without coersion and dishonesty...that you champion?
But, I suppose not. Without a belief in a God who created right and wrong...why not lie and coerse the ignorant masses out of their money to fund whatever project you deem "good"?
Not funding basic research is not fundamentalist, it is outrageously stupid, just like you are.
You fail to understand anything about a modern economy, maybe that is due to that book you constantly slap to your forehead.
Actually considering it a bit more it is quite a nice idea if the USA stops funding basic research all together. This just accelerates the current trend of diminishing importance for the world economy. If you decide to voluntarily leave the game, it will be only a couple years until a total collapse of the US economy will be as important as the trade deficit of Uganda. Your military will lack the funds to operate and we can just set up a fence to keep nutcases like you safely away from the sane world, decent people who can find a citizen of another nation to vouch for them will be alloed to emigrate.
You keep outdoing yourself, Buggery.
Federal funding diminishes the amount of money available to scientific research, not increases it. (That's what we call a middleman, Mr. Friedman.) Wouldn't it be great if grants (and they are, just to a lesser extent) came from the private coffers of business? Lots of money there. Or, from independent minds who could work without the volume of political pressure there is now to, oh say, prove global warming? The Feds role is too large in meting out the already stretched thin public dollar.
No one is suggesting not funding scientific research, just from whence the money comes.
Btw-keep the name calling coming. It makes your salient points even moreso.
Streamie, I am well past taking you serious at all, you are a complete nutcase.
Privately funded research has the nice effect of creating huge amounts of patents for the most trivial things. And companies never pay for long term research.
As I said before: If you are representative for the USA (fortunately you are not, there are lots of decent people there) I can only invite you to do this step, it just helps the world to get rid of you.
Why can't this "Republican" just come right out, and say she's sorry?? I mean, why did she INITIALLY lie about what she said, and now backtrack??? Just say you screwed up, and you said things that were kind of stupid....and move on.
Sounds to me like she fits right in, with her Party.
Notice the camps? Barbed wire? The statements by some in this clip like, "That's above me; I'm just following orders"? The continued detention of those without trial or hearing? The accusations....but no evidence offered up?
Stream-O.....do these things remind you of another time...another place....in history?
This, then......is----and will be---the legacy left behind by George W. Bush, current Commander-In-Chief.
And I sincerely think that this will stain his name, and his families' name....long, long after you and I are gone, and are dust.
And YOU can have written on YOUR epitaph....that YOU were one of his supporters, and by extension.....condoned what's shown in this clip.
Download the Beach Boys "When I Grow Up to Be a Man."
Listen carefully.
Could not access the vid. I am sure it showed something you thought that might make a point.
Anyway...when cuddling with bigotry, breathe in short, shallow breaths. A big deep breath might cause you to release those things that fuel your hatred, C-.
Addendum to your daily "surge success" (didn't think I was going to deprive you of THAT, did you?):
"Updated at 4:05 p.m. EDT, Oct. 25, 2008
At least 21 Iraqis were killed and 17 more were killed in a number of small attacks across the country. Also, one American soldier died from a non-combat-related illness. Meanwhile, the top US commander held talks on the PKK in Turkey, and hundred of Shi'ites marched on Basra.
One man was killed and five were detained during a joint U.S-Iraqi raid in tribal areas near Fallujah yesterday. The men were apparently senior members of the Iraqi Islamic Party, which headed by Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi. The party has since broken off ties with U.S personnel, and hundreds of followers demonstrated in the city. Separately, Iraqi soldiers killed a man and detained another believed to be homemade bomb instructors. Also, gunmen killed two men, one an imam, in a drive-by shooting.
In Baghdad, clashes between gunmen and Iraqis soldier left one person dead and five civilians wounded in Shabb. In Karrada, a bomb attached to an Iraqi general's car wounded the general and a civilian; the driver was killed. A roadside bomb blast killed two Iraqi soldiers and wounded three more on Palestine Street. One man was killed and two more were wounded by a blast in Andalus Square.
In Mosul, two policemen were killed in a small arms attack. A roadside bomb wounded two women. A civilian was killed in a drive-by shooting.
Clashes in Salah ad Din province left one Iraqi soldier and three suspects dead. Two more soldiers were wounded. Another gunman was arrested.
Two bodies were found in Madaen.
The body of a man, bearing torture marks, was found in Tobzawa.
A female body was discovered in Kirkuk.
Near Kut, police killed one gunman and detained a second during clashes. A body bearing torture marks was found in an abandoned house.
Gunmen fired upon an Awakening Council (Sahwa) checkpoint in Jurf al-Sakhar, wounding one man.
Four suspects were detained near Nasariya.
Nine suspects were captured in Mosul."
Wow. If this is what Chicago is like, I think the military was deployed to the wrong place.
Good news from C-, everyone!
The surge is, in fact not working. Just read as he celebrates the recent deaths and revels in those facts as proof that our military efforts in Iraq are not only unwarranted but, to no avail.
In all honesty that's actually very worrying from a propaganda standpoint - how's that big gubment treating you?
I viewed it before as I also watch LL and it's a very stark reminder of the numbers currently kept without trial in Iraq.
Some, indeed many, are no doubt dangerous as they are fighting an illegal invasion force (you and I would no doubt do the same if) but the erosion of habeus corpus under your man in the whitehouse is very worrying
Reality does suck, C-.
The reality is that you would HATE if we succeed in Iraq. You have staked your (ahem) integrity on it. Were you one ounce truthful, you would show stories presenting the other side. Were you balanced in thinking you would see that these stories, during a war, are not indications of losing. You are too driven idealogically to even fathom success.
IQ- to whom does habeas apply? Further, to who should it apply?
Dismissing Ordierno et al, huh?
Well the info is out there, C-. All sorts of it. The bad and the good.
You just admitted it AND your biases.
Thank you very much, C-. Your side has a lot at stake for losses in Iraq.
You prove over and over again your desire for the failure there.
canucky .ENOUGH WE KNOW THE REPUBLCAN CANDIDATES ARE DRIVING THE VOTERS TO THE OTHER SIDE>
THE MUSLIM PEOPLE ARE SCARY, but we have allowed thousands into Canada.
We are inviting another terrorist from Guantanamo to move to Montreal .
I agree with you pick some funny stuff.
Yep...McCain is not my choice either.
His relationship to ACORN is a speech he gave. Obama...well, that is different. We certainly cannot count on the MSM to vet that one. But, it is out there.
I know he thinks that Bill O'Reilly and my self are in bed. (Apprently, C- has a problem with people's salaries. Someone please let him know that they are none of his business, nor any politicians...including McCain's.) I know that he thinks I am a Republican even when I have demosntrated the opposite. Moron.
I know anyone who disagrees with him is a right-wing, religious, Jesus-freak.
(OK- I am the Jesus Freak.)
But, still, I love this guy. Somehow he maintains a strong marriage while killing hours upon hours on Glumbert. (BTW, C-...I have roasted you on other sites and you did not even know it. You are so much fun when in your grandma's basement!)
Odd observation...
Notice how those who dont want McCain and Palin show enormous hatred for the two.
I don't hate Obama. I don't hate Biden.
Obama is sorely underqualified...unquestionable when compared to Hilary, who is also underqualified, just not as much so. Biden, who has many qualifications, is someone whom I disagree...but, I do not hate.
Contrast that to the even-handed and egalitarian manner of C-. Hatred abounds. Casting Palin (who is not the POTUS nominee) as everything from political whore to elitist. I have yet to hear an argument against her stances NOR what she could do as VP to enact those beliefs. Similar nods to his opinions about McCain, who is called McSame...relating him to GWB, who is th most reviled.
But, in order to truly appreciate a liberal, one must hate and deeply hate, at that.
Don't you feel the line of questioning was pathetically right wing?
Biden's tenure as a US Senator means he's dealt with idiotic questions before and is able to see them from a long way away. He dealt with them accordingly
Couric hadn't dealt with such an idiotic VP hopeful before and also dealt with that accordingly
Answers from both VP candidates were markedly different under pressure weren't they?
SNL didn't parody Biden because there was no humour to be had, only a professional, if somewhat jaded response to stupidity.
This is because Biden isn't quite as dumb as Palin
To be fair to her, she's not quite as dumb as you.
Thank you for not answering my question...again.
Is my writing and phrasiology that difficult?
Question about Palin vs Moaboma and you retort with a Biden answer. Odd.
BTW...the Gaffe Machine would be a hysterical send up if SNL had the cajones to rip into one of their own.
"Stand up, Chuck!"
"Mark my words...within 6 months...President Obama will be tested..."
"Hillary is qualified to be VP...probably moreso than me."
And much like the way backwoods, right-wing nutjobs like yourself pounced all over the item of the broad who carved a "B" in her cheek and was found later to be a....well......a McCain/Palin worker nutjob....I must yet again pop that stupid, vaccum-sealed bubble you choose to live in for the umpteenth time, re: this interview with this "anchorwoman":
Golly....and I was wondering WHY her questions sounded so...so...so....ASININE, even to the point of Biden asking her if this (she?) was some kind of joke.
And this idiot is passing herself off as being a member of the Fourth Estate??
PUH-LEEZE.
Stream-O.....haven't you already learned by now?? I mean, seriously....haven't you? Haven't you finally learned that when you gather up the cajones to come sit at the table with me (or Mako, or Bugster or ANYONE who can THINK for themselves)...that you simply MUST have your shit together???? HUH??? HAVEN'T YOU???
Why don't you EVER get your facts straight, before you flap your gate?
Hmmm, being accused of tap dancing away from a question by you Stweem'O'Bullshit is like McInsane-Bush being accused of being a decent candidate for president.
Both stupid and wrong.
Once again, IF Palin was even considered as a rival to Obama she'd be on the presidential ticket. She isn't.
You make a fatuous comparison yet again.
At last count Obama sponsored 820 laws in Illinois and authored 152 bills and co-sponsored 427 in Washington
Woudl the ethics reform bill of 2007 described by many as the most sweeping package of its kind since Watergate mean anything to you Stweem'O'Bullshit??
The interview was devastating.
I see no one...NO ONE...answering her very accurate questions. Diversion is all you have. So, her husband can't be involved with Republicans? Who is the fascist now?
Where was your outcry when Gwen Ifill moderated the debate?
(But, she is an unbiased media person.)
Thank you for proving: NOTHING
Had to read all the way down to find out that the whistleblower's stories could not be corroberated. There was a time when that disqualified something from going to print. But, in the world of opinion=fact, that no longer exists.
How did GWB "push through fascist laws"? Doesn't he need some sort of help from Congress? Where is the out-cry? As I remember, these satellite phone calls had to originate out of the country (those in the story did) and the distinct possibility of listening in on innocent calls remained possible. Complain to your Dems in DC, who are not taking up your false charge.
Had no idea that joe was a plant. (You made that up, too. Liar.)
You are mad that it exploded in Maobama's face when he, bless his heart, reasserted his redistribution intentions quite honestly. That is what frosts you: your saviour spoke the truth about his intentions and NO ONE wants it.
This was a severe blow to the campaign, my friend.
Focusing on Joe the plumber was a mistake exposing the MSM's bias and agenda.
I wish they would vet BHO the same way they blundered through Joe's life.
Not sure particularly which parts to that story you disapprove, since anything Palin is either stupid, corrupt, inexperienced blah blah blah.
However, this is illustrative of the eviscerating ad detailing of every aspect of her life that is in stark and embarrassing contrast to the glossing over and even ignoring the scarier aspects of Gaffe Machine Biden and Maobama.
I would like to clarify the bogs that imply that John McCain was responsible for the accident aboard the USS Forrestal that occurred in 1964. The accident occurred when a Zuni missile from a plane on the deck of the Forrestal misfired and struck the plane that John Mc Canine was in. John was in preparation to launch for a bombing mission. He was saved by climbing out of his cockpit and jumping off the nose of his plane and landed on the deck. I know this to be a fact because a relative of mine was in his RA5C plane on deck of the Forrestal opposite McCain.
Following this incident McCain transferred to another ship and was shot down several months later. My relative stayed aboard the USS Forrestal to head the investigation of the incident. That Gentlemen is the rest of the story%u2026%u2026%u2026
Oh, the major complaint is that it is outrageously stupid. Of course you need someone else to point that out to you, thank you for asking.
Obama is not going to convert the USA into a communist state as much as McCain will not proclaim himself the king of America. Though it is a fact that McCain is much more likely to cause another war and if he actually dies in office Mrs. Palin is quite likely capable of making sure that this will not be a minor regional thing.
Your use of the word fact reveals a lot about you, Buggered.
Not according to Gaffemeister Biden. Someone is going to test the Obama presidency in his first 6 months. BECAUSE he is young and inexperienced. (Remember, Biden said Obama should NOT be pres during the primaries because "...it doesn't lend itself to on-the-job-training." But, palin is the inexperienced one.)
Since you suppose that you speak of facts...
8 years of Clinton pres: 4 attacks on US sovereignty by terrorists...NOTHING substantial was done...hence the number of attacks, including the brazen 9-11 attacks.
8 years of GWB pres: 1 attack on US sovereignty by terrorists. Why not any more?
Vote Obama and the world will respect and love us again, right? Well, maybe not. Biden suggests otherwise.
There we go.
Given long enough and you can't control your anger.
Pointing out Biden's umpteenth gaffe and you can't put together a coherent thought.
Good question, though, B.
Al Qaeda purportedly supports a McCain presidency because it would, in theory, stretch our military so thin; thus, making us vulnerable to an attack.
Soooo...what are they waiting for? You and C- are really rock solid here.
Is it possible that by endorsing McCain, Al Qaeda suckers a few into voting for Obama? Suckers who might think like you?
Bush gets no high marks from me, except on the war.
He has not been very conservative and I am astonished at the American left for despising him so. He has furthered much of their agenda with incredible expansions of the Federal gubment.
Bin laden's job? No attack in 7 years. I'd say on that, pretty good.
"He has furthered much of their agenda with incredible expansions of the Federal gubment."
Hmmmm.......legalized torture.....warrantless wire-tapping.....linking Iraq to 9/11.........letting OBL get away......The "Patriot Act".....giving up golf to show solidarity with families of dead soldiers.....letting bodies pile up in New Orleans.....saving America one soul at a time.....mangling the english language beyond comprehension....letting the entire economy disintegrate on HIS watch.....running up a gargantuan deficit (which only Republican Presidents seem to manage lately)............
C-
Do you have an independent thought, liar?
I cannot believe the bige you voluntarily swallow. I have disproven many of your falsehoods in this little mindless tirade, repeatedly.
However, the last nugget in this turd needs to be dealt with: the economy.
What powers do you now give the President over our economy? I mean, you have wrongly claimed denial of his wartime powers, citing not the Constitution, but an opinion piece you claimed was the Constitution. You have suugested the megalomaniacal GWB has cast democracy aside in many of his decisions. NOW, what powers do you grant him, C-?
Aside from, on multiple occassions, trying to prevent the Fannie-Freddie debacle with no help from Congress...what would you have him do?
(I guess the mismanaged state and local gubments after Katrina had no role in their mess. Odd. Mississippi, who had similar damage, did not have the same struggles NO did. Why is that, oh unbiased one?)
At least 11 Iraqis were killed and another 28 more were wounded as the Iraqi government canceled a meeting where lawmakers hoped to settle disagreements over a U.S.-Iraqi security deal. No Coalition deaths were reported.
Syria condemned an air raid by U.S. forces a few miles inside the border from Iraq. Eight Syrians were killed during the Special Forces attack at the Sukkariyeh Farm near Abu Kamal. The Syrian government said women and children were among the casualties, but U.S. authorities implied they were after foreign fighters. A spokesman for U.S. forces in western Iraq said the division stationed in the immediate area was not involved.
A meeting to discuss a contentious U.S.-Iraqi security deal was canceled by the Iraqis. Although the meat of the agreement is set, the Iraqis are insisting on certain amendments to the agreement; however, some highly placed Iraqis, say that failing to agree on this pact will set security gains back several years.
The Iraqi Parliament's Oil and Gas Committee did not approve a hydrocarbons law that would have created a legal framework for the country's oil industry. Kurdish members blamed the rejection on alterations made by the Oil Ministry.
In Baghdad, a roadside bomb wounded five people in the Baladiyat neighborhood. Another four were wounded in Bab al-Muadham when a bomb planted on a car was detonated; the car was carrying Health Ministry employees. Three people were wounded during a bombing at a mosque in Zaafaraniya. In Adhamiya, a roadside bomb wounded six people. One dumped body was found in New Baghdad. Last night in Shabb, a roadside bomb killed one civilian and wounded four others. Also, two dumped bodies were found yesterday.
In Mosul, a roadside bomb wounded two policemen in al-Nift. Gunmen killed a policeman during a drive-by shooting on his checkpoint in al-Darkazliya. Meanwhile at the Vatican, the Pope decried the killing of Christians in Mosul. The flood of Christians leaving the city has slowed thanks to a build up in security forces. Also, residents of all ethnicities await U.S. and Iraqi authorities to make good on their pledges to rebuild the diverse northern city.
Clashes between security forces and gunmen near Riyadh left three gunmen dead. Apparently, U.S. forces killed three suspects and arrested three more in what may be a separate incident nearby. Usually, "security forces" refers to Iraqi personnel.
Gunmen in Kirkuk wounded a man during a drive-by shooting. Also, a roadside bomb was successfully defused.
Gunmen wounded the Anbar representative of the Iraqi National Dialogue Front during a home invasion in Ramadi. The gunmen clashed with Ahmed Dawoud Marzouq's guards before entering the home, but any casualties among them weren't reported.
Two Iraqi soldiers were wounded in roadside bomb blast in Madaen.
Six missiles were discovered in Basra province.
West if Makhmour, police defused a roadside bomb and seized weapons.
A large cache of weapons was discovered in Mahaweel."
Boy, this "success" is sure lookin' great, day-by-day!
LMAO Stweem'O'Bullshit.....Oh please stop doing this to yourself LOL!
You deride posters for their presumed illiteracy yet demonstrate this most notably yourself... Here, let me show you what I mean...
Above you thought you'd cleverly posted something that supports your view that the press is biased in favour of Obama...Did you actually READ the article before pasting it?
When you see this paragraph from the report YOU linked, you kinda get shot down in McFlames:
"Much of the increased attention for McCain derived from actions by the senator himself," says the study,"actions that, in the end, generated mostly negative assessments."
In other words, the press is reacting to what McInsane has been saying and doing (or not regards the economy) and finding him wanting.
It is not the press that are causing the negative reporting (although obviously partisan elements exist I grant you), it's the candidate.
Whattaya think, Stream-O? Is there something The Anchorage Daily News knows....that YOU don't know? And isn't Anchorage in...ahhh....ummm.....what state was that again? Oh ya! The same state as Mme. Palin! (she of the $150,000 Sacks outfits, that is).
Golly, Stream-O....now WHY would that nice ladys hometown paper endorse the guy who "pals around with terrorists"?? And how come she and her pals ain't talkin' about DAT no' mo'??
Maybe you didn't notice that it was an opinion piece.
Still on the 150K expenditures, huh? Her point was valid...the RNC bucks that paid for the clothes (which will wind up in charity) also paid for stage lighting and other accoutrements. I am sure the DNC does not pay for those things as designers give them their things. (That is illegal, btw.)
Since Obama routinely out-fundraises McCain (in our deplorable economy) wouldn't he find better uses for that money? Couldn't he spread his own money around a bit? Like Biden. I understand that millionaire gave a couple thousand dollars to charity...over a couple of years. What a guy.
Spending other people's money is fine, right? Tax the heck out of people and redistribute, right?
...but no mention of the fact that a paper from Palin's very own state is backing Obama; whether opinion or not a telling indictment of your preferred candidates' failure to light up the thinking classes
ROFLMAO - Keep that head in the sand there 'lil ostrich
Your question is a non sequitur.
I have simply asserted that the media is biased in favor of BHO...nee, proven it.
It does not necessarily follow that the public gulps freely of the kool aid as you do.
Not everyone believes the biased media, C-.
LMAO Stweem'O'Bullshit.....Oh please stop doing this to yourself LOL!
You deride posters for their presumed illiteracy yet demonstrate this most notably yourself... Here, let me show you what I mean...

Right.
It is just shear coincindence that 80 plus percent of the press are self-decribed dems and liberals.
BTW- the line you cite only proves my point, brainiac.
If there was ever a candidate who has seen stories disappear, diminished and covered up on behalf of that candidate, it is/was BHO.
Did ya catch yesterdays "Meet The Press" interview with John-Boy? After Tom Brokaw played some actual clips for McCain wherein he precisely said that "those who make more, SHOULD pay more in taxes" (sound familiar?), and then tried to backtrack on it, until Brokaw cut him off at the knees:
SEN. McCAIN: "The last time a president of the United States that did that was a guy named Herbert Hoover, protectionism and raising taxes."
MR. BROKAW: "Well, Ronald Reagan raised taxes as well, after the first two years in office."
SEN. McCAIN: "Not in these times. Not in times--not in economic times like these."
MR. BROKAW: "Well, right after the recession he did, in the first two years of his office."
SEN. McCAIN: "Well, look, I would be glad to review the Reagan record, but the Reagan record was certainly one that reined in spending."
Man-oh-man....you should have this guy bumble and falter his way through his answer.
Now THAT.....is what the "Press" SHOULD be doing: going after ALL political candidates with with not a clumsy, talking points hammer that has a lot of asine labels and comments attached to it.......but with a scalpel and a microscope....and start pinning them down with FACTS.
This, among other things should disqualify him for the Presidency.
No wonder a FLA reporter grabbed the Gaffer by the short and curlies and asked him to distinguish Maobama and Marxism.
He couldn't do it.
