I'm not really sure if I'd call them communist. More like totalitarian since they try to control every aspect of life. They're not really official communists since they embrace capitalism. North Korea is more like the real commies, and very totalitarian at the same time as well. More totalitarian than China.

I also did not realize how big a part that Young Pee played in the opening ceremony. But she's ugly. I am glad there are people protecting the television public from such sights. If I want to see ugly people, I will go to a NASCAR race.

Honestly I dont see the big deal, I've seen plenty of lip synching around the place and no one really cares that much. They had the right to run their ceremony any way they saw fit - it seems half the outrage is just the fact that it was china.
That said, how many people really, honestly give a damn about the Olympics in general? Aside from being a novelty ever 4 years does anyone really care (except i guess people directly involved)?
