Is this the FIRST road to make noise when you dirve on it??

Americans can't upkeep the roads they have already built. Why would they make fancier ones that would take more maintenance (that they won't get)?

actually the roads are quite nice in some states such as florida-where i live-albeit you still get your occasional pot holes and what not in the less funded areas-but the reason we make musical roads is so that we enjoy driving and thus spend more money on gas-its an elaborate plot-plus we cant figure out anything else to spend our money on like national debt or schools
