This house is on Ledbury west of avenue road north of Melrose ave in Toronto Ontario Canada, the owner is the founder of a first aid supply company .His name is Max, nice guy ,loves cars . He also has a new Audi sports car and a 4 wheel drive porsche. He is divorced and he is 45 years old. The English guy speaking is his neighbor from across the road. Max had a lot of problems with flooding ,he has since install a electronic flood control sensor that starts pumps to eliminate the problem. This is an old video.

This reminds me of the time I auditioned for a part in the horror movie "Silence of the Lambos", starring Steve McQueen and Gloria de Havilland. It was about a guy who ate sports cars, after torturing them by driving at 100mph in 1st gear for 100 miles.
Anyways, I went for the screen test, wearing my racing suit and cage mask.
When I went in, I said: "I washed the Ferrari down with a nice Chianti." And then I made some funny slurping noises.
The producer had me thrown off the lot.
Fuck him! Paul Newman wouldn't have done that.
