Right free....actually pretty smart for a cat. If if were my pup, hed'a knocked the cup over and licked the milk off the floor.

I'd try to prove it, but I'd have to wait till the wife was out of the house...she loves her cat, tolerates me, and begrudges the dog the air he breathes. A staged dog spill might spell the end of life as he and I know it.
