I would pay money to see one of them get caught in the framework and then get ground up by the wheel. That would make a great video. ;-)

they might break their head open flying to the ground at those speeds but I doubt they can get caught in the wheel,centripicle force will keep them on the outside edge and they have to keep enough space so that the feet are off the ground,its more of a safe landing

now if a leg got caught and he got flung around that would be horrible
