Even int the 70's computers were faster than that. And all these people are thin. They did not predict the invention of Fast Food, and the resulting obesity. And I agree. Where is the flying car!
Generation "yPod" Wiki/Google searches are marginal, at best. Fast food was available in most towns well before 1970, and the phrase "Thin is in" is another fact from the 70's that spanned the Atlantic from Twiggy to Goldie Hawn. q.e.d.
Fast food has nothing to do with people being fat, only poorly made choices, with Michael Moore as the poster boy of poor choice... hypocritical poor choice, that is.
