You know, it's cool to watch, but I like looking at something that wasn't erected, something green,moving, like a hayfield or a stream. But that's just me.
Build in some form of ability to use and/or concentrate solar power more efficiently and there's something here. Otherwise... as others have said... total waste of energy.
I hate modern art, but this is really cool. I bet that there are windows under that facade and the flare system will be removed after the "NEXT art & technology exhibition".
actually.. each pneumatic actuator is worth about $US150 knowing that alone would put the construction cost beyond most mere mortals. What a waste of fucking effort to create something useless, ugly and environmentally agressive. wankers !
