Not sure about this guy's kart....seems a bit lame. However, karts are the most fun per dollar that you can have with a steering wheel in your hand (as opposed to other things 'in hand').

The top class is Superkart. 0-60 in 3 seconds. 160mph top speed. My buddy races one. Here's a link to a race.....

Tell the polar bear to go cry to the next volcanic eruption. (Which by the way will produce more greehouse gas in one eruption than the entire history of mankind has produced in it's existence.)

Yeah weinerdog, that makes it ok for us to double the amount. Actually one of the biggest problems aside from methane/co2 is the coal dust settling on the ice absorbing heat from the sun. Next lets throw in 6.7 billion people using up natural resources. Polluting the waterways with excessive amounts of toxins, feces, prescription and otc drugs, chemicals, detergents, heavy metals, etc... Then we have the matter of livestock waste (not counting the fact that cattle release more methane than the entire human population) and hormones washing into the ecosystem. The Potomac River now has an estimated 30% of it's male bass carrying sterile eggs due to MD/WV/PA chicken farmers, and that's MY water source) (And FUCK YOU for whatever stupid right wing joke you want to insert here, this is serious shit) I assume when the last polar bear dies you and Sarah Palin will be among the first to BLAME Al Gore. And you fucking idiots are so hell bent on burning that last drop you can't even see that renewable energy production could be a source of jobs and manufacturing in this country. Instead we'll just wait and have to pay another nation for THEIR technology someday...

I guess there just aren't enough good old fashioned shooting/dying wars anymore. Perhaps that would thin out the population a tad.

HD, spoken as a true sarcast, or a truly ignorant typical uneducated ReThuglican who believes the world can be fixed by banning choice (against abortion, but NOT my choice, doesn't personally affect me), proliferation of firearms (DOES affect my safety. Road rage, college kids discovering alcohol/drugs/first failed crushes/dorm fight/road rage/etc..), cessation of taxes (no money to pay for roads, but that's why you drive a guzzling SUV), education (enlightened populace ((educated)) prefer to vote Democrat). Shall I go on w/this rant? GWB seems to have inadvertantly proven that LESS taxes means STAGFLATION of wages, while during years of Democratic representation wages, GDP, and financial stability have been consistent. Your tax free BS has gotten us WEALTHY losers taking millions from the average Joe, and now we have to carry you on our backs as a general population. Not you specifically. You are not smart enough to be the elite. My guess is you are pusing a hand truck somewhere with 15 cases of Budweiser in a redneck outpost and angry at the Democrats because GWB failed to make you rich and handsome... I would really like Canuck to input here to validate my point from someone who actually studies this BS. I'm just a fucking bartender. But I picked Sarah Palin from the get-go. And BTW, I am fromAnchorage and read the Anchorage Daily News online daily, and by the Sunday paper from Borders every week. Wanna talk Palin? I've known her and can discuss Alaskan politics and can defray any spin you want to put on her....

sinkingboat69, Ya, you got me all figured out. And you're an expert on Sarah Palin. My sarcasm on polar bears is due to the artificial endangerment of the polar bear species, since there are now more polar bears alive, than ever before since polar bear populations have been recorded. So much of the "science" of global warming is tree-hugging liberal bullshit, that real people can't discern fact from fiction anymore.

An Mr. bartender, I'm an engineer. I'll take a Captain Coke.

Damn does that bring back memories! I miss those H O kart and race-car days. There's no comparing the rush you get doing 120 with your head two feet off the ground! I got a need, a need for speed!

Me too, miter, I Used to race back in my teens and early twentys,
But I graduated to Hot Rods, Chevelles, Camaros, even drove a
66 Pontiac GTO Conv. for a couple years......

AHHHH The good ole' days......

Awesome Spidey, I did the hot rod thing in my teens and twenties. My first car was a 66 Mustang, then a 69 Camaro Rally Sport convertible (what a chick magnet) I've also had a 68 GTO, 69 Elcamino, and when my twenties came to an end (wife and baby came) a 78 Z 28. I got into racing Sports Renault after that and SCCA solo too. I miss it, I miss those cars, I miss hitting the gas pedal and the G force's you feel in the seat while barrels of .47 cent a gallon gas sprayed through the dual, four barrel Holly 850 double pumper carbs...oh yeah!

I hope you're not Rosie O'Hoggle. Anyway, this is a place for political debates and rants - not a store for hawking your wares you empty-headed donkey-trough wiper. Your mother was a hampster, and your father sment of elderberries. Now go away, or I'll taunt you a second time!

OK, in 1955-59 I drove my uncle's micro-miget at many dirt tracks in NE. A 4 cyclinder Offenhowser(sp) engine with speeds to 95-110 MPH, these cars looked like little indy racers, open wheel in all. In '59 they banded the racing because only kids could fit into the cars(someone got killed in new hampshire). I would say today kids do much more to kill themselfs than we did. I only won one race, but had a ball. My mother never was told I drove.

He's just a hysterical little bitch. Mankind isn't responsible for global warming. Pollution, yes. Global warming no. I doubt he knows by how much the earth has warmed much less why.

I'll give you a hint- less than a degree in the last 100 years. (And it matches the cyclical nature of the weather on our planet for as far back as scientists can determine.)

If you want to know the REAL reason things are getting slightly warmer I'll give you a hint (but don't tell anyone..........pinkie promise, ok!) Look up- It's that big burning fucking orb in the sky. If you think your can of aerosol spray, my Hummer, or the rest of human population has caused a bigger impact on our environment than that big fucking nuclear reaction in the sky then:

YOU ARE A FUCKING MORON!

We are in an era of increased solar activity. Of course it will affect our planet. Does anyone believe that the sun just spits out a nice constant level of radiation and heat? Come on, give me a break.

Try using your brain and listen to legitimate scientists rather than idiots sensationalizing everything in newspapers just to capture a headline. They deal in self serving hysteria at worst and are just plain stupid at best.

Al Gore- Fucking Retard. (except for inventing the internet- that was brilliant)

Hey weinerdog, I'm no authority on global warming, so I tend to believe the scientific opinions I read. You know - New Scientist, Nature - that sort of thing. A lot of discussion in those regarding climate change and very few people saying "It'll probably be OK, let's do nothing". But hell, I am naive enough to believe that they are reporting the science that has been done.

One source I WOULDN'T go to for information about climate change would be an Economist. keep in mind that economics is not science. If there are so many "legitimate scientists" (as opposed to those dabblers that contribute to Nature) that deny climate change why was the best link you had from the "Business and Media Institute"?

You are right in saying that journalists often sensationalise things, but whose opinion are we meant to believe is more likely to be self-serving?
Scientists: Ooooo, I'm gonna make up some stories about climate change! That certainly won't me look like a dickhead when it is shown to be wrong with further research! I am SO gonna profit out of this.
Economists: Ooooo, that Kyoto Protocol looks expensive. My corporation and those of my buddies want to keep on pumping crap into the environment, and they want to stop us. Wait a minute - if we spread doubt about climate change then everyone who wants to keep doing exactly what they have done in the past will be able to do so with a clear conscience.

We are screwed, because the people that make the big decisions are the ones with money and an incentive to keep the status quo. And lapdogs like yourself are helping them. I recommend you get yourselves an education, and while you are studying and working towards the position where your opinion means something, learn to recognise an unreliable authority when you see one.
