The most you would get from this is a small tingle... and that's a maybe. See below.
Electricity takes the shortest path and that would be from one tip of the foil in one hole of the socket, to the other tip of foil in the other hole of the socket. It would short there and trip the breaker. If, however, he only had one tip on the foil and it was in the smaller slit of the outlet then the amount of tingle(or pain) would vary depending on how well he was grounded.
I don't wanna see that vid serious. I would still shock the shit outta him. Electricity takes the path of least resistance, but if there's any resistance between the two prongs it would send the remainder of the current through to his feet. Anyway you look at it.... Man butter factory has been burnt!
