The exercise will help make the children alert in the morning. And keep them from becoming morbidly obese as long as they don't stop off for a 1/4# big bite w/chili and sauerkraut and mustard with a sprinkling of onions and a 44 ounce wild cherry slurpee and a hostess apple pie as well.
Well, serious, you give ONE me or us ONE example in your writing or a cut-and-paste-----just ONE----whereby these "liberal" sources have used a Rogues Gallery of "contributors" like Faux News does (North, DeLay, Fuhrman, Rove, Riviera, Malkin, Coulter), or even an example of where they've uttered a single racially-charged comment, and I'll give you this point hands-down.
When reporting or commenting on "news", there MUST be a element of credibility involved.
accidentally hit inappropriate next to your message, but think you were asking about cnn contributors who are biased. Btw, ever watched Karl Rove give commentary, hes highly intelligent or do you just never allow yourself to see what you complain about?
No...really...you're not THAT far-gone.....or are you?
You think Carville and Martin come even close to the Hall Of Shitbags that I mentioned above???
And Rove?
He's on the verge of being cited for congressional contempt, and will more-than-likely join good ol' Scooter on the convicted felon list, at some point.
And, serious, if you re-read what I wrote, I most certainly did NOT single out asking for examples of "liberal bias" on CNN alone.
Besides, no one around can hold a candle to Rachel Maddow (least of all, those obtuse, right-wing shills).
She slices-and dices all of'em, without even breaking a sweat, and makes them look like the fools they truly are. And best of all, her basic weapon at all times are....facts. Something that's been lacking in the mainstream media for, oh, about the last fifteen years or so. She deserves the Edward R. Murrow Award.
Best example of the Fourth Estate to come along in a long while, bar none.
Serious, you're seriously naive and seriously wrong if you think Fox should be given any credibility (and I'm pretty right wing in some of my views apparently)
Ideally it should never be about liberalism, or about conservativism, republicanism when it comes to mass-broadcast media...however the truth is that there will normally always be a bias to news outlets' views
This is fine provided that they back that bias up with reporting that can stand the test of credibility and, more importantly is truthful.
Faux news does not offer this. I watch all the news channels as part of my work and you get to see where the bias creeps in with them all...
Faux has made me laugh more consistently I'm sure for the last 10 years than any other shower of shit on TV today.
Sorry for the late reply but I don't live my life on the net. And yes, they ARE the equivalent of those you mentioned. Whatever, you are like talking to a brick wall, nothing will change your mind and nothing will open it up from the opinions you hold right now, you will defend them to your grave.
Drive their kids to school?!? Why do people do that? There is a family that lives across the street from the city bus stop where I catch the bus to downtown, that drives their ~12 year old to school, the same school that I walk past to get to the city bus stop. The entire trip from my house past the elementary school to the bus stop takes 7 minutes if I walk a leisurely pace, and I can do it in 3 if the bus is coming soon. There are sidewalks the entire way too, and only one street to cross, (from their house,) which sees almost no traffic.
But what is Faux proposing we do instead anyways? Raise taxes to pay for fuel for the buses or cut other things instead, (increase class sizes because we've pretty much cut everything else.)
And, with the exception of children involved in custodial disputes, (in which case, the police tend to know exactly where to look when they go missing: the child is with one of their parents, just not the right one, and that tends to happen a lot regardless of how the child gets to school,) the number of children picked up by kidnappers is less than the number that die from pollution from riding in school buses in the first place, (which have very lax air quality standards because school districts don't have money to fix them or put fuel in them.) You don't hear about the the children with asthma that die in your city because it happens several times a day, you do hear about the 1 kidnapping by a sexual predator a year in your city because it is news...
Fox news is owned and operated by Rupert Murdock famed Yellow Journalist, and Tabloid fabricator. He has stated that trash sells, and that is what Fox sells, and Mr. Murdock is quite pleased with the return.
If he can use a single outlet to market a particular view to a particular group at a profit it will be done. And the more zealous his audience the bigger the profits.
Simple news, with simple answers, for simple people.
Rupert Murdoch is a big big fish , he owns BSKYB and The sun newspaper which is Britains shitmunchers favorite tabloid newspaper , he has his fat fingers in a global pie of fat!
Mr Murdoch is quite possibly the single most highly intelligent, best connected and worldly-wise purveyor of more complete and utter bullshit man has ever known
He is pondscum. Albeit fairly well off pondscum
However, I would drill his daughter until she shouted for daddy, only coz it would make for a great story down the pub (if it were ever printed)
Why is anyone surprised that billionaire media moguls pursue an agenda of unrestricted capitalism. I would be astounded if Murdoch did anything else.
The problem is twofold - weak regulation of media monopolies and a moronic populace who swallow anything as long as it is dressed up as "fact".
Murdoch recognised as a young man that presentation was key to success. He should actually be shot, but until I get close enough, I don't think that will happen. Murdoch jnr looks like being every bit as big an arsehole as daddy, so maybe he should be the target.
This is so fucking sneaky that guy should be slapped. Rich dads have been trained to hear "school with poor kids" when they hear "busing." FOX wants to keep segregation alive and well.
