Canadian diplomatic training maual puts US on 'torture list'

Glumbert, a suggestion: At a forum in Germany which I visit frequently users can rate postings positive or negative which generates a reputation for the user who posted. This in turn influences how much their rating of a post is counting.
I think this is a good way to prevent people from just clicking someone away who has an opinion they don't like rather than getting rid of spammers and destructive posters.

The wealthy elite may be looking forward to recession or depression, because when that happens it increases their relative wealth by default.

Actually if the dollar were based on gold the USA would be so totally bankrupt that the wohl nation could probably not afford to fill up a single car.

Various world economies are starting to tank, and I'm not even gonna bother cutting-and-pasting any of it, mostly because anyone with half a fuckin' brain can see and read it for themselves. And why is this happening? Well, that's the real infuriating part. I've ALWAYS said that the U.S. is a powerful country, especially in terms of its economic clout. So, when it fails to spend, manage or otherwise handle its money and ecnomic policies in a fiscally prudent manner......then fuckin' EVERYONE'S gonna feel it.
EVERYONE.
This can boil down to two very simple reasons:
1. The U.S. Federal Reserve is NOT a branch of the government; they are a PRIVATE bank (did ya know that?); plus.....they are the ones who's policies started this whole goddamn fucking ball rolling. They are completely out of goddamn control, and needed some form of government intervention/regulation YEARS ago. But, because they've pretty well been left to their own devices, they've gotten stupid, greedy and careless. And current events are the actual results. Only Fox Fuckin' "News" says different. Go figure. Great. Have a nice day, Bill O'Leilly and Neil Cavuto, you lying, pukey neocon shitsucking sonsofathousandwhores. Your big private bank sold out a once-grand Republic, and now it's time to pay the fuckin' piper. The interesting thing about the whole situation is that much of this mess is also caused by the skyrocketing expenses due to the wars. Likely if the markets do really crash now it will be the end of the Dollar as the leading currency. GWB may go into history as the president who turned the USA into a second tier nation.

I can't count the times I have anticipated the almighty Glumbert Hammer from the amazing people on this site. I have so let myself get carried away on this site more times than I can count.
