esop it could be as you get south the mountains are about 30 miles from the shore line about masitland then around puerto vallarta they get close to the shore for a few hundred clicks then move away again. cm
I live near the ocean in Southern California - I see the dolphins migrate down south in early fall. They get real close to the coast, but I've never witnessed anything like this. The terrain on the video looks like a continuum of what exists in Southern California (but desert/inland here).
