I don't know why people in Asia eat cats and dogs, and quite frankly I don't really give a fuck. I see no difference between cats, dogs, rats and cows. I'd eat a dogburger if I was hungry enough. Morality aside, they are all living things that we consume because we like the way they taste. I'm sure that these folks who eat cats and dogs do so because they are either to poor to afford beef, or have a cultural tradition for doing so.

I love meat, and I also love animals. I love their friendship, their innocence and unconditional love, but that isn't going to stop me from having a delicious juicy hamburger. For the record, I do think that meat is murder, but it doesn't really bother me. We've all heard that term a million times to the point where it doesn't even mean anything anymore. I think that in a few hundred years we'll probably be vegetarians, but we're still too ignorant about the benefits of vegetarianism. Our world is too economically dependant, socially intertwined and culturally dependant on the poultry, beef and fish industry that I don't see things changing for a very long, long time. Nor do I really give a fuck, to be perfectly honest with you.

On a scale of 1 (being not at all) to 10 (get to me a shrink pronto) how issue-ridden would you say you were and has anyone ever used the term EMO within earshot of you?

Just asking... ;-)
