Lol I like to throw things like this into the faces of "father knows best" types when they start talking about how today is so much worse than the "good old days"
It's funny how people keep saying how far we've come today and how we won't fall for "just anything" now that we're so much smarter than we were... but then again, George Bush "won" the presidential election through a fraudulent election and we continue to pay enormous taxes for a government whose internal design causes bloat and laziness, and we continue to erode our powers of critical thinking, or thinking at all by watching television with stupid shows that stimulate our reptillian impulses.
And FOX news and its networks continue to sell us the war in Iraq and Afganistan while we piss away our international good will and become some of the most laughed at and hated peoples on the planet.
I'm so glad we are so much smarter today and won't fall for just anything!

Amazing. We know better now. Yet, how many people smoke? Instead of "good for the throat" "Mild" and the like, we now hear that it causes cancer. Doesn't matter. People still smoke. I don't understand. This coming from someone who eats chocolate even though it says 100 calories per bite. My habit of chocolate may kill me. However, the smoke you are enjoying may kill both of us first.
