I really enjoyed this bit of fluff. The kids sparked to the "big-league" treatment and have something positive to talk about for a while. I'm sure the parents (at least the sane ones) also got a big kick out of this bit of fantasy.
I give up????????? Must be my wonderful persona. Chaz you're right, if this had happened to me in little league I would still be talking about it.
I did watch teddy baseball hit his home run in his last at bats at fenway. That along with the world camp stuff is my only moment in Bball.
I do not understand baseball, but it appears the children found this a great experience.
And, because children are important and should be cherished, I will refrain from branding this drivel.
